Dr. Sadowski practices as a neurosurgical nurse practitioner and is licensed as a family nurse practitioner with degrees in human biology and a master’s degree in nursing. He delivers medical treatments, prescribes medications, and performs ultrasound-guided joint injections. Additionally, he has privileges at St. Francis Hospital in the department of neurosurgery (ranked as one of the best neurosurgery departments in the U.S.) and also works at The Center for Minimally Invasive Spine and Neurosurgery. Dr. Sadowski specializes in treating patients with non and post-operative spinal conditions, work, sports and auto-related injuries, concussions and chronic pain using various manual therapy techniques, spinal manipulation and rehabilitative techniques. Dr. Sadowski is certified in using the AMA Guidelines of Impairment, 5th ed., as well as both the Graston Technique® and Dry Needling. He is also certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy® through the McKenzie International Group as well as maintaining credentials as a concussion consultant.
Dr. Sadowski is an active member of the American Academy of Pain Medicine, American Academy of Orthopedic Medicine, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, CT Society of Nurse Practitioners, and the American Academy of Medical Legal Professionals. Dr. Sadowski is obtaining certification in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound and is furthering his training in Regenerative Medicine using Ultrasound Guidance.
He started private practice as a doctor of chiropractic in 1999 after graduating from Logan College in St. Louis, MO.
